From 12-5 p.m. Saturday, June 13, JEDI Advocacy Council of Greeley and Aims Community College will partner to bring entertainment, vendors, artists and much more to the Aims Welcome Center at 4901 W. 20th St. There will also be food trucks, a youth zone, a clothing swap, free STI testing and free vaccines.

Know before you go
The Aims Welcome Center enforces the following policies to ensure a safe, secure and enjoyable event for all attendees:
- Clear bag policy: Only clear bags, small personal bags and medical or diaper bags will be allowed at the event. Permitted bags include:
- Clear bags no larger than 12″ W x 12″ H x 6″ D.
- One personal item, such as a clutch purse, not exceeding 4.5″ x 6.5″.
- Medical bags or diaper bags no larger than 14″ x 14″ x 8″.
- Metal detectors: Everyone entering the Welcome Center, including vendors, will be required to pass through the screening process, which includes metal detectors, before being admitted.
- Weapons prohibited: Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited inside Aims buildings. This includes simulated weapons such as swords, knives, Nerf guns, water guns and similar items.
- Face coverings and masks: Masks or any items that conceal an individual’s face, including face paint that significantly obscures identification, are not permitted inside the event venue. An exception will be made for those who must wear a mask for medical reasons.
- Animals on campus: Aims only permits service animals inside college buildings. Pets and emotional support animals are not allowed unless prior written approval has been granted by the appropriate college administrator.
- Student conduct: Aims students attending the event remain subject to the Aims Student Code of Conduct, Procedure 611-01.
